IsoTool — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the IsoTool app (“the App”) by Valkyr IT handles information. We aim to keep things simple and transparent.

What data we collect

IsoTool is a calculation tool for pipe and sheet-metal flat patterns. The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask for personal information. All calculations (such as dimensions, angles and pattern generation) are performed on-device.

  • Personal data: Not collected.
  • Calculation data: The dimensions you enter (pipe sizes, angles, etc.) are used only locally on your device to perform the calculations and are not sent to Valkyr IT.
  • Device / usage data: Only basic diagnostic and usage information may be collected by the platform (Apple App Store) for app store analytics as per their policies.

Permissions

The App does not request sensitive permissions (such as location, contacts, camera, or microphone).

Purchases and subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or other in-app products, the transaction is processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Valkyr IT does not receive your payment card details or direct billing information. Any purchase history and billing data are handled by Apple in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy.

Analytics & third-party services

We do not integrate third-party SDKs for advertising or marketing analytics in IsoTool. App store providers (such as Apple) may process anonymized usage data and crash reports according to their own privacy policies.

Children’s privacy

The App is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. As we do not collect personal information, no additional child-specific data handling is required.

Data retention

Since we do not collect personal data on our own servers, we do not retain any such data. Any app usage or diagnostic data collected by the app store platform is managed by that platform.
